Son Gharial Sanctuary

Son Gharial Sanctuary is located in Sidhi District of Madhya Pradesh. This sanctuary was established to provide refuge for gharials with a view to minimize their depredation.

Extending an area of about 42 sq km, this sanctuary lies on the banks Son River. Apart from gharials, visitors can see turtles and migratory birds.

Sidhi Bus Station, and Singrauli Railway Station are the nearest bus station and railway station.
