Someshwar Valley




Someshwar Valley is situated 35 km from Almora. It is famous for an ancient Shiva temple, which was constructed by the founder of the Chand Dynasty, Raja Som Chand. River Kosi flows through the valley. A picturesque view of the Himalayas is the most eye-catching sight here. Nearby attractions are Yamunotri Temple and Kausani. Trekking is arranged here.

Pant Nagar Airport is the nearest airport. The nearest railway stations are Kathgodam Railway Station and Ram Nagar railway station.
