Shiva Mameshwara Temple is situated at Nagmarg in
Kupwara District,
Jammu and Kashmir. It is an ancient stone temple that dates back to the 12th century. The temple can be approached by crossing the
Jhelum River via a bridge. A stone-lined tank, about 1 sq m in dimension, can be seen in the vicinity of the temple.
Shiva Mameshwara Temple is accessible by road from Alsu (11 km), which can be reached from Bandipore, situated on the shores of the Wular Lake.
