It deals in producing high yielding varieties of medicinal plants, tree saplings and ornamental plants. Cultivation of medicinal plants and tree saplings form the major activities of the farm. With more than 1,00,000 mother trees, the Santhimadom reproduces high yielding varieties of fruit tree saplings, ornamental plants, medicinal plants which can be used in medicines, fairness creams and for commercial purposes.

The farm also sells high yielding seeds of vegetables and bio-fertilizers.
