Shaheen Falcon has a powerful streamlined body with long pointed wings. Its average length is 38-46 cm. Its breast is whitish, rest of underparts are pinkish white and rusty red. It is a fast-flying acrobatic bird and a good hunter. It is found throughout India.
The bird can be spotted in the Keibul Lamjao National Park, Manipur.
