Satoo

Satoo is a traditional Indian drink that is popular in the interiors of Punjab. It can be made either with wheat or barley. For this recipe, crunched wheat or barley, the juice of half a lemon, chilli powder and freshly ground black pepper are mixed with water. This drink is considered to be perfect on a hot summer day.
