Sasthamangalam

Sasthamangalam is among the prime locations on the outskirts of Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala. This quite residential area is about 1 km from Vellayambalam, on Vellayambalam–Vattiyoorkavu route.

Balasubramania Swamy Temple and Mahadeva Temple are two major seats of worship here. Other landmarks include Sree Ramakrishna Hospital, Tandem Group of Institutions, Raja Kesavadas High School and Alakapuri Auditorium.

Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station (6 km) and Trivandrum International Airport are the nearest railhead and airport respectively.
