Salboni

Salboni is a small town, located near Jhargram, in Midnapore District of West Bengal. It is situated 7 km north-west of Midnapore and about 165 km from Kolkata. Horticultural garden, textile printing works of Printex, and Kanak Durga Mandir on the bank of the beautiful Dulung River in Chilkigarh (22 km) are some of the tourist spots nearby. Chandrakona (22 km east), Godapiasal ( 11 km south) and Goaltor (20 km west) are among the surrounding places. The town has its own railway station. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport is the nearest airport.
