Sael Roti




Sael Roti is a Sikkimese food. Sael roti is prepared from well-mixed fermented rice batter which is deep fried, ring-shaped, spongy, commonly consumed as confectionery bread during festivals and special occasions. Sael roti is eaten with potato curry or some non-vegetarian dish. It is not usually available in restaurants.
