Sadhu




'Sadhu' is the term used to represent a renounced ascetic or yogi who has dedicated himself to god. The term has its origin in Hindu Dharma. Sadhus practice meditation to achieve moksha, and surrender Kama,artha and dharma.

'Sanyasi' is another term for 'sadhu.'
