Saarthak, based at New Delhi, is a voluntary organization dedicated to the mental health needs of the society. To improve the mental health, it conducts regular information and education programs. The organization has a professional health staff group that provides training in psycho-therapeutic skills, group therapy, family therapy and counseling services to universities and schools.
Apart from its regular programs, Saarthak provides training to its staff and students and resource assessment for mental health intervention in anti-trafficking sector for south Asia.
