S N Pendse

S. N. Pendse (b. 1913) is a renowned novelist of the post-independence period. Haddapar, Garambacha Bapu, Tumbadche Khot, and Rathachakra are his major works. Rathachakra won for him the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1963.
