Rudra Hridaya Upanishad

Rudra Hridaya Upanishad is one among the 108 Upanishads. It is a minor Upanishad belonging to the Krishna Yajurveda.

Rudra Hridaya Upanishad is based on a dialogue between Sage Vyasa and his son Suka. Vyasa says that Rudra, the form of Lord Shiva, is the most superior power in the universe. The manifest world is Goddess Uma.
