A native of India, Rosha grass is a perfect herbal plant in gardens. It belongs to the Gramineae family of genus Cymbopogon.
Rosha grass is adaptable to varying climatic conditions and can tolerate drought. It can be grown in almost all soil textures. The leaves possess a mild spicy aroma and produce fragrance oil, called the Indian geranium oil.
