Rongchu Gala


Rongchu Gala is a ritualistic offering performed by the Garo tribe in Meghalaya. The flattened rice known as 'Rongchu' from the first harvested paddy of a field is offered to a deity, along with a fowl that is sacrificed on the occasion.
