Rangir

Rangir, a sedate and unpolluted village, is around 17 km from Rehli and 34 km from Sagar. A massive encounter took place at this place between the Chatrasak Bundela and Khaliq, the Mugal Fauzdar of Damoni. Situated on the banks of the Dahar River, this village is an oasis of peace and tranquility.

The temple dedicated to Harsiddi Devi is the main attraction. Fairs are held here in the months of Asvina and Chaitra. It is believed that the goddess of this temple changes her form thrice every day, as a child at dawn, a young girl at mid day and an old woman in the evening. Accommodation facilities are available in the government rest house of the forest department.

Bhopal Airport and Saugor Railway Station are the nearest airport and railhead respectively.
