Rakta Kunta



Rakta Kunda is a sacred pond in Upper Ahobilam of Kurnool District. 'Rakta' means red and 'kunda' means pond. It is said that Lord Narasimha washed his hands here after killing the demon Hiranyakasipu. The water is still red in color.
