IndiaRakshas Tripurasura
As per legend, Tripurasura was a ruthless and invincible demon who ruled the three worlds. It was said that Tripurasura was born from the nostrils of Gritsamada when he sneezed. The demon worshipped Ganesh and conquered the three worlds. Ganesh had given a boon that only Lord Shiva could destroy Tripurasura. Becoming a scourge to the gods, Lord Shiva using a divine weapon called Aghora, an arrow, killed the demon and saved the three worlds from his cruel hands.
