Rajasthani Chillah


Rajasthani Chillah is a type of pancake. This pancake made from mung dal (yellow split peas) is filled with onion, green chilli and coriander. This breakfast dish pairs with green coriander chutney or mint chutney or garlic tomato chutney. It is also called Mung Dal Chillah.
