Ragi Mudde



Ragi Mudde are fist sized balls of ragi flour cooked in water. It is almost synonymous with the best of traditional food, simple, tasty, nutritious and wholesome and eaten in the morning with a bit of chili, onion or sambar. Rich in proteins, this is a very healthy dish both for the physically hardworking as well as those with diabetes. The mouth watering, nutritious ragi mudde goes well with spicy sauce made out of fresh greens.
