Raghu and Kethu Temple

Raghu and Kethu Temple, also called Maagaaleesam, is located near the west tower of the Kamakshi Amman Temple in Kanchipuram. The temple deity is Maagaaleeswarar. It is believed that the idol of Maagaaleeswarar (Lord Shiva) was installed by the holy serpent Maagaalan. There are idols of Lord Shiva established by Raghu and Kethu.
