Puthanpalli Nercha

Puthanpalli Nercha is the annual festival of Puthenpalli at Perumpadappu, on the south-western border of Malappuram District. This festival draws crowds from far and wide. As a part of the festival, ghee rice is distributed to devotees and the poor.
