Puneri Misal




A typical Maharashtrian dish, Puneri Misal is a concoction dish made of Chivda, sev (gram flour noodles), chopped onions, sprinkled with juicy mung or matki usal (moth bean delight) and a dash of lime. The spicy, sweet and pungent dish has a collage of complex and mixed tastes. This very popular dish in Kolhapur and Sangli area is eaten with slices of bread.
