Pundalik Temple




Pundalik Temple is located in Pandharpur town, about 75 km away from Solapur.

It is a square shaped temple with an open arched portico measuring 25’ by 17’. Main attraction is a Shivling protected by a brass cover. Surmounted by a pyramidal mortar spire, the main shrine is a five storeyed one. Three foot high brass images of Jaya and Vijaya are located on either sides of the main deity. Main festival is the Shivratri, which is celebrated with great festivity.
