Protima Bedi, alias Protima Gouri, was a renowned Odissi dancer and actress. Born in 1949, Protima's invaluable contributions includes the establishment of Nrityagram Dance Institute at
Bangalore. Protima died in a landslide on August 17, 1998 on her way to
