Prabhu Ghat

Prabhu Ghat is one of the numerous ghats lining the holy Ganga River in Varanasi. It was built in the earlier part of the 20th century by Nirmal Kumar belonging to West Bengal.

Prabhu Ghat was earlier used for performing religious rites. However, currently it has little religious importance and is used for washing clothes. It is also home to numerous boatmen.
