Poori Bhaji




Poori Bhaji is a common breakfast dish of north Indians. This recipe from Maharashtra is a combination of deep fried puffed bread with Bhaji (a dry potato preparation with plenty of fresh garlic). It is served as a breakfast or lunch dish in restaurants and street side eating stalls in Mumbai. This crispy dish is usually enjoyed with a spicy pickle.
