Petunia

Petunia is an annual herbaceous plant. This garden plant grows in pots, beds, boxes and hanging baskets and as borders.

It produces large, trumpet-shaped flowers, which come in white, pink, purple and mauve. The leaves are either round or oval, and of pale to mild green color.

Single and double varieties have been isolated. The plant grows and flowers well in very rich soil. Propagation is achieved through cuttings and seedling.
