Persian Rose

Persian Rose ( Rosa damascena / Rosa centifolia) is a straight bush with red, pink or white flowers. The flowers have an essential oil, a bitter ingredient, tanning matter, fatty oil, and organic acids. The flower buds, stamens, and the fruit are astringent. The flower buds are used in cardiac troubles. They are also used as a tonic and laxative. .
