Parvati Hill




Parvati Hill, perched at an altitude of 640 m, is a sacred and picturesque hill situated in southern Pune, Maharashtra. About 3 km from Deccan Gymkhana, it is an ideal destination for trekkers.

A number of ancient temples can be found here, significant being Parvati Temple (built in the 17th century in Maratha style), Devdeveshwar Temple and Siddhi Vinayak Temple.

Other prime sites are Vetal Chabutra, Sati Monument and Parvati Museum, which houses replicas of ancient paintings, old manuscripts, weapons and coins.
