Parade Ground

A sports arena, Parade Ground is the largest open ground in Fort Kochi. It was once the venue of numerous military parades and drills. This four acre ground was used by the Portuguese, the Dutch and the British colonists for conducting their daily exercises. The buildings around the ground housed their defense establishments.

David Hall, an exclusive Dutch building, the Bishop's House and VOC Gate are some among the colonial structures worth seeing around the Parade Ground.
