Panampilly Govinda Menon


Panampilly Govinda Menon was an eminent political figure of Kochi. In 1947 and 1955 he was the Chief Minister of Travancore- Cochin. Govinda Menon came from a middle class Nair family and also was a member of the Union Cabinet.
