Palada Pradhaman, an exotic delicacy unique to Kerala, is a sweet pudding made of rice ada (pieces of dried rice flour cakes), milk and sugar. For Keralites, this delightful dessert is a must for any auspicious and festive occasions. The major components, milk and ada is used extravagantly in the making of this dessert. Finally, it is topped with raisins and cashew nuts seasoned with or fried in ghee.
