Olavanna

Olavanna is a charming village perched on a hilly terrain, about 5 km north-east of Cheruvannur in Kozhikode District. Kozhikode, the district headquarters, is around 15 km north-west.

Kappad Beach, Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary, Beypore Beach and Kozhikode Beach are some among the interesting tourist locales around.

Calicut Airport serves the village. Feroke Railway Station and Kallayi Railway Station are the nearest railheads.
