Nirpalani

Nirpalani is located in the northern part of Pudukkottai District in Tamil Nadu. It is around 33 km north of Pudukkottai and 26 km south of Tiruchirapalli. An inscription of the period of the Pandya king, Nedunchadayam, (8th century) was obtained from Nirpalani.

Tiruchirapalli Airport is the nearest airport. Kiranur Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
