Nehari Khaas




Nehari Khaas is a popular breakfast item with the Muslim populace. The word ‘Nehari’ is derived from ‘Nehar’ which means fasting. It is generally had after the first namaz of the day. Traditional cooks of Lucknow serve Nehari prepared from beef. It keeps the body warm in the winter. Nehari Khaas served with kulcha is a sumptuous meal and can sustain one till dusk.
