Naugiran




Naugiran is a town situated near the border of India and Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir. Positioned at a height of 948 ft above sea level, it is about 12 km from Jammu, the district headquarters of Jammu District.

Amar Mahal Museum, Ziarat Baba Buddan Shah, Peer Khoh, Gadhadharji Temple, Mubarak Mandi Palace, Sruinsar Lake, Kishtwar High Altitude National Park, and Surinsar Mansar Wildlife Sanctuary are some of the choice destinations. Neighboring towns are Kotli Miyan Fatta, Sikandarpur, Kotli Charkan and Dhinde Khurd.

Naugiran is well connected by road from Jammu. Jammu Tawi Railway Station, which is on the Jammu - Pathankot line, serves this place. The nearest airport is Jammu Airport, 8 km from Jammu.
