Narkel Shorsher Chingri




A Bengali wedding recipe, Narkel Shorsher Chingri involves cooking of shrimps in coconut mustard sauce. The de-veined shrimps are marinated in the paste of mustard seeds, thai chilies, salt and turmeric and stuffed inside coconut halves with mustard oil. The coconut is then either baked or barbecued. Narkel Shorsher Chingri tastes good with rice.
