The hamlet of Narendrapur is famous for archeological remnants. A huge image of Barahi, the presiding deity of the place, is the main attraction. Several
shivlings and ruined shrines are found here. Goddess Patamangala of this village, related to Goddess Dakeshwari of Chandbali and Goddess Dhamara, attracts large number of devotees from the surrounding area.
Narendrapur is on the way to Chandbali from
Bhadrak. Chandbali is 60 km from Bhadrak and 190 km from
Bhubaneswar.
