Nageshwar Temple




Nageshwar Temple, also known as Jnaneshwar Temple, is an ancient shrine located in Nagesh Peth, one among the renowned peths in Pune District of Maharashtra.

This delightful temple was built in 1730. The sanctum of the temple has a typical Yadava structure with a stone roof.

It is said that there was once a large lake situated near the temple, whose water could cure leprosy.
