Murighonto




Murighonto is a typical Bengali fish recipe. Rice and fish are cooked together. It is prepared with fish head or fish pieces, potatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, spices, curry powders and tomatoes. The fish is marinated and fried before cooking with rice. Murighonto is served with vegetable yogurt.
