Metukba Festival is one of two shey festivals celebrated at Shey Monastery, which is about 15 km south of
Leh, in
Jammu and Kashmir.
This summer festival is held in the month of July and lasts for a day. During the festival prayers are conducted for the well-being of all life on earth.
