Manjeswar River

Manjeswar River is a small river that originates from the northern boundaries of Kerala in Kasargod District. The length of the river is about 16 km.

Initially, the river flows through the villages of Pavoori and Badajay. Then it twists west and combines with right bank of the Upplayar River.

Manjeswar, a major pilgrim center, lies on the banks of this river. The ancient Jain temple, on the southern bank of the river, is a major draw.
