Mandowah



Situated at a height of 1,217 ft, Mandowah is a small town in Jammu District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 13 km north-east of Jammu. Udhampur lies to the north-east of Mandowah.

Amar Mahal Museum, Ziarat Baba Buddan Shah, Peer Khoh, Gadhadharji Temple, Mubarak Mandi Palace, Sruinsar Lake, Kishtwar High Altitude National Park, and Surinsar Mansar Wildlife Sanctuary are some of the nearby places of tourist importance.

Mandowah can be reached from Largan, Chab and Aitham. Jammu Tawi Railway Station, which is on the Jammu - Pathankot line, serves Mandowah.
