Mandalgarh is a historical place situated 54 km south-east of
Bhilwara. To the north-west of Mandalgarh, it has a fort constructed by the Balnote clan of
Rajputs. The fort is about half a mile long with low fortifications and bastions. It houses an old temple of Jaleshwar and a
Shiva temple.
The nearby city of Chanvaleshwar is 40 km from Mandalgarh. You can also reach here by detouring between
Menal and
Bijolia.
