Malabar Biryani is an authentic dish of Kerala popularized by the Arcot Nawabs and Arab seafarers. This delicacy is prepared with aromatic Basmati rice and assorted vegetables and meat. It is topped with deep-fried small onions and traditional Malabar spices. It should be eaten hot with crispy, crunchy papads and pickles.
