Majha, the heartland of
Punjab, lies between
Beas and
Chenab rivers and on both sides of
Ravi River. It extends northwards from the right bank of river Beas and stretches up to the Wagha Village, which denotes the boundary between India and Pakistan.
The region includes the two districts, Amritsar and Gurdaspur and the major cities, Amritsar and Gurdaspur.
