Mahe Railway Station is on Kozhikode- Kannur rail route. It is served by the Southern Railways. Chennai Mail, Parasuram Express, Maveli Express, Ernakulam Express, Malabar Express and Mangalore Mail pass through this station. Going south, the major railhead is Kozhikode Railway Station (60 km) and traveling north, the next station is at Thalassery.
