Mahadeva Temple Festival - Thrikkariyoor

Mahadev Temple situated at Thrikkariyoor, Kothamangalam in Ernakulam District celebrates a ten-day annual festival. The festival begins with the flag-hoisting. On the last three days of this festival, elephants accompany the image of the deity for a procession around the temple. Kurathiyattom, chakyarkoothu and patakam are some of the ritual art forms performed.
