Loten's Sunbird (Cinnyris lotenius) is a small sunbird of about 12-13 cm long. It has long down-curved bills and brush-tipped tubular tongues. The adult male is glossy purple bird and has a gray-brown belly. It resembles Purple Sunbird, but is larger, and has a longer sickle-shaped bill.
